For those of you who are blackwork enthusiasts, we have a couple of new designs from local London designer, Alixandra Jordan. I happen to love crows and so thought this design very unique. It's called Merle Crowker and you can check it out by clicking the date above.

Just a few things to highlight today. Some new Dimensions kits have arrived and they are really cute. For all you animal lovers "Furry Friends" is a real heartwarmer. From their Petite Gold Collection you know the detail will be tremendous even in a small package.

And, for those who like the world of fairies "Twilight Silhouette" looks like a fun stitch.

Our Lizzie Kate autoship just arrived as well and they have a great new chart called "Think Deeply", a lovely saying set in beautiful muted shades.

We also have the newest Jingles from the ongoing series for 2013. Well, let me rephrase that. We had the Jingles. Unfortunately being human we miscalculated in our order and don't have any more in stock after filling pre-orders. In fact some who are waiting for them won't get them quite yet. If you haven't been contacted it's because we don't have one for you. We will have more in about a week and half so  be patient with us and we'll get you back in the stitch of things. For now here are the designs.

Today is a series update. We have new designs from Little House Needlework ongoing series of Little Sheep Virtues and Hometown Holiday. And, two new additions to Country Cottage Needleworks series called Santa's Village. These designs are called Mrs. Claus's Cookie Shop and Santa's Stocking Store. While at Nashville we found some wonderful needleminders very similar to ones we have had in the store from Kelmscott but these are a little smaller and the pricing is great on them. A number of different designs that make a wonderful place to park your needle when not in use. Here are just a couple of examples but check out the others as well.

We also had a chance to visit the suite of Aury TM. She is a lovely lady with some very nice designs. Heritage Sampler has lush colours combined with beautiful design

And we thought Reindeer X-mess was a really fun design.

Today marks a great update for our All New Arrivals. There is lots to see so make sure to click the date above to go specifically to the new stash for this date. Here are just a few highlights.

I know it is never nice or easy to stitch on black fabric but there are just times when a design looks so good on black and Bethlehem Silhouettes from Stoney Creek is one of those designs. Two very unique designs are included.

Stoney Creek also has a wonderful "Home Series" each with 2 designs, one called "Love & Kindness" and another called "Dreams & Friends". Wonderful designs to stitch and give as house warming gifts or to family members.

Prairie Schooler takes us back to our childhood with some whimsical designs based on fairy tales. We have very limited quantities on these but will be getting more. So we apologize if we are out before you get a chance to order or come in to see them.

I know that we are all waiting for this cold weather to finally clear out and some actual spring like temperatures to finally make their way here and so Christmas is the furthest thing from our minds but we just loved this design. Simple yet elegant and called Three Christmas Trees from Annalee Waite Designs.

New from Mirabilia is "Siren and the Shipwreck" and "Roses of Provence". Wonderful designs with lots of beads and baubles.

From Little House Needleworks an attractive design great for every stitchers home. This is a partial kit that comes with all the Crescent Colours hand dyed threads. You supply the fabric.

And from Imaginating a new design in the "Let's...." series, this time Let's Pray. Check out Let's Do Tea, Let's Purr, Lets Sew, Let's Do Wine and others.
